The Role

As Sales Director, you will take full ownership of our UK sales strategy, while remaining actively involved in key account development and high-value negotiations. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing the UK sales team to consistently exceed targets

• Collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams
• Reporting regularly to the board on sales performance, forecasting, and strategic activity

We’re looking for the following:

• A proven track record as a Sales Director or senior sales leader within manufacturing
• Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles
• Strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to team development
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally as required
