What you’ll be doing:

* Order Processing: Enter customer orders from Excel into the internal system with speed and accuracy

* Product Setup: Create and maintain product information in the system

* Web Shop Management: Upload and update product pricing on our online shop, making adjustments based on sales data, promotions, and market trends

* Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and messaging

* Social Media: create post to promote and grow brand presence

What we’re looking for:

* Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude

* Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
