Experienced Teaching Assistants Required

Location: Camberley, Surrey

The Role:

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across our mainstream primary schools within the Camberley area. The ideal educator would have experience working either 1-1 or within small groups of students either in a mainstream primary or SEN School. We are currently working with an abundance of schools and can accommodate for staff with varying levels of availability.

Key Responsibilities:

-Providing 1:1 support to a student or small group work within a resource base

-Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

-Supporting students in completing assigned work and encouraging independent learning.

-Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the class teacher.

Key Requirements:

-Passion for education and helping students succeed.

-Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with young people.

-Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting students.

-Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is important

-A willingness to learn and develop new skills (training can be provided).
