A Global Creative Agency is seeking a Senior Account Director (freelance) to join their Health division and lead exciting work with a major ophthalmology client.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced agency leader who thrives in the healthcare advertising space, with the chance to deliver impactful campaigns that blend science, creativity, and innovation.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading integrated DTC campaigns across multiple channels
  • Developing sales aids, videos, and other advertising assets to support healthcare brand engagement
  • Translating complex science into clear, compelling brand narratives
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Guiding and motivating your team to deliver excellence on every project

  • Strong track record in leading integrated campaigns
  • Proven experience with scientific/medical content and brand storytelling
  • Excellent client-handling and team leadership skills
  • Someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment


The details:

  • Location: Hybrid – London office, 2–4 days per week
  • Duration: 1-month initial contract, rolling with strong likelihood of extension
  • Rate: £400–£420 per day
