About the role:
We’re seeking a Senior Account Director to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience, strategic insight, and a passion for social media, along with a desire to produce outstanding, creative work. You will work closely with our Associate Directors and Client Partners to deliver excellent service and help grow our key client accounts.
The job
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of all activities on assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to foster retention and scope expansion.
- Lead crisis management efforts, focusing on solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Manage client project budgets, ensuring proper allocation based on briefs, agency rate cards, and scope.
- Collaborate with different agency departments to develop and produce high-quality work.
- Set account strategies with support from the internal strategy team and review regularly.
- Participate in new business pitches, often leading the presentation and working with the New Business Director.
- Manage and support team members' career development and roles.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a Senior or Account Director in a social-first or creative agency.
- Excellent project management skills, including timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Inspirational leadership with a supportive management style.
- Ability to juggle multiple clients and allocate resources efficiently.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, trends, and cultural moments.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and willing to go above and beyond.
