If this sounds like you, get in touch!WHAT YOU DOOwn responsibility for visual conception, realization and supervision of groundbreaking concepts and 360° campaigns (Social, experiential activations, influencer content, digital formats etc).Development of design concepts and executions.Presentation of concepts and work internally and externally.Control of external service providers.Leading junior teams and collaborating with social creatives.WHO YOU ARE3+ years professional experience in art direction, preferably in a social media first environment.Strategic, structured, conceptual know-how and thinking.Creativity and excellent sense for outstanding ideas.Production experience (shooting, film, AI, digital).An interest in automotive and luxury brands.Affinity for trends (social, content, photography, design, technology, popular culture).High self-demand, team spirit, commitment, flexibility and reliability.Skills in AI, film editing, design softwareAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Distinct understanding of brands, products and target audiences.Robust organisational capabilities and exceptional attention to detail of their work.A generally confident demeanour in virtual and real spaces when presenting and debating in front of teams and senior management.Experienced in engaging with clients in person, via email or video call.Proficient at operating under pressure and achieving time-sensitive objectives in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of who your audience is and tailor messages to meet its needs.Positive, proactive team member, with a drive to deliver best-in-class creative.WHAT TO EXPECTExposure to senior global clients.Working in an international and integrated team with top talents from different fields.A brand-new centrally located office (Holborn) with plenty of creative space to think, take meetings, and collaborate.Plenty of opportunities to create big ideas, for big projects, with big impact.Flexibility to work remotely: 2-3 days in the office per week, and the ability to work from home, the north pole or somewhere warmer for up to on month each year.
