Solicitor – Senior Associate / Legal Director, Financial Services (Structured Finance) | 5+ PQE

A leading City law firm is looking for an experienced banking & finance lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its Specialty & Structured Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value structured finance transactions within a progressive, people-focused and entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

• Advise originators and lenders, including fintech lending platforms, mortgage originators, asset managers, challenger banks and credit funds.
• Work on public/private securitisations, warehouse financings, forward flow deals and portfolio sales.
• Gain exposure across consumer loans, SME lending, RMBS/CMBS, trade receivables, corporate loans, speciality finance and esoteric assets.
• Collaborate with two leading Partners on deals from £5m to £300m+.

About You

• Senior Associate / Legal Director with 5+ years’ PQE in banking & finance.
• At least 2 years’ structured finance experience (drafting and leading deals).
• FinTech/regulatory exposure is beneficial but not essential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for networking and client development.
