Our client is growing their Scottish Commercial Real Estate team!


Are you a Transactional Real Estate Solicitor (5–10 PQE+) ready to take your career to the next level? Join our 65-strong UK WIDE Commercial Real Estate team .


Our Scottish offering is thriving — focused on telecoms, asset management, development and investment work, and supporting major national clients across the UK. With renewed panel appointments and a surge in work, we’re looking for a driven lawyer to help us grow.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day transactional telecoms and asset management work
  • Act as a trusted client contact, delivering practical, solutions-focused legal advice
  • Support on large-scale, high-value national projects
  • Build strong client relationships while developing your own book of work
  • Get involved in training, knowledge sharing and business development
  • Work seamlessly across offices and “build your brand” south of the border


What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor (ideally 5–10 PQE+) in Scottish commercial real estate
  • Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Commercially savvy, pragmatic, and detail-driven
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys client engagement
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to seize growth opportunities
