Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Senior Business Development Executive to join their Manchester office. The role calls for a strategic thinker with a strong track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities. We're looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to develop in the role, and committed to continuous learning and development.
The Responsibilities:
Contribute to the firm’s 5-year growth plan by supporting the BD Manager in driving revenue-generating initiatives across the region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-selling potential with both new and existing clients. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform lead generation and strategic planning. Represent the firm at events, build strong relationships with intermediaries, and leverage external networks to generate leads. Work closely with Partners and Directors to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and open up new opportunities. Support BD campaigns and events, manage pipelines via CRM, and align efforts with PR, digital, and marketing teams for maximum impact.
