Are you a senior account director with a creative agency background, who is hungry to learn, quick to build relationships, good at navigating complexity, collaborative in nature and excited to help us deliver exceptional creative output for the LEGO Group?
Get exposure to every part of the LEGO Group in senior account management role — taking the lead on multi-market briefs across a huge range of channels, working with stakeholders across the entire business and shaping the relationships with external agencies too.
This is a 12-month parental cover contract role
Core Responsibilities
Stakeholder management – You will be responsible for building strong and meaningful relationships with our partners, getting under the skin of what they are looking for, and understanding what it takes to build trust in you and the agency.
Deep understanding of the business priorities and opportunities , at a global and local level; the market nuances and the role of communications and creativity in driving growth. You’re able to present strategic thinking with clarity whilst bringing a fresh perspective.
Campaign delivery - A partner to Project Management and Production you are responsible for ensuring the work gets out on time , whilst championing the importance of craft. You will work across a huge range of brand , product and shopper campaigns, and will build a comprehensive understanding of all the processes involved.
Creating the conditions in which great work can thrive – You understand what it takes to get to the best possible creative work. You’re able to talk about creative ideas in a compelling way, you have a knack for storytelling and can challenge feedback when required . You’re able to give clear and honest feedback to project teams that inspire and influences their thinking.
Facilitate collaboration across all project stakeholders, both across the agency and with our partners, leading project meetings, presentations and status updates, making connections with new stakeholders as required , making sure everyone has the information they need, anticipating problems and always being one step ahead.

Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience at a world class creative agency delivering high profile work for brands in either advertising or integrated marketing, to at least Account Director level.
Must have experience working on Global accounts as well as a market -specific campaigns, and having an understanding of what it takes to develop global work that feels truly relevant in the key markets.
Brand and Product marketing experience a must , Shopper marketing experience desirable.
Tenacity and energy to navigate a complicated and growing global business.
You’re hungry to learn, to understand the business inside out, what’s keeping our partners up at night, what the competitors are up to and why, our consumers, the culture around you, the wider industry and media landscape. You’re always asking yourself what you can do to make the partner relationship and the work better, to go above and beyond at every stage.

Excellent written communication skills, an ability to write a presentation with compelling and logical storytelling.
