Overview
The Senior Client Success Director provides deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and econometrics to lead client success, oversee strategic accounts, and drive measurable impact from our analytics solutions. This senior leadership role combines executive relationship management, commercial growth accountability, and thought leadership in econometric modeling.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client project processes, focusing on projects involving advanced analytics and MMM.
- Deliver high-quality client materials that clearly articulate analytical insights and MMM recommendations.
- Drive client satisfaction initiatives and manage SOWs effectively.
- Interpret complex data and analytical insights (including MMM) and present them in a clear, actionable format for clients, translating findings into strategic business recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics and data science, to ensure a high-performing client delivery squad.
- Support client growth initiatives and contribute to new business pitches by showcasing Gain Theory's MMM expertise.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Marketing Effectiveness and MMM industry trends and benchmarks.
Key Activities & Accountabilities
- Drive optimal client project processes for work delivery and client satisfaction.
- Deliver high-quality client materials aligned with strategic objectives and MMM insights.
- Foster collaborative learning and knowledge sharing to strengthen capabilities in marketing effectiveness measurement and MMM.
- Lead discussions on MMM results and their business implications with client leadership.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the analytics delivery teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
- Stay informed about industry developments in Marketing Effectiveness and MMM.

Critical Capabilities
- Strong data interpretation skills with proven experience in communicating MMM outputs and business implications.
- Proficient in project and client relationship management for analytics-heavy engagements.
- Knowledge of SOW oversight and risk management for complex data/analytic scopes.
- Commitment to quality assurance and best-practice adherence in delivery of analytical models and insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to provide strategic financial insights for client budgeting and profitability using analytical findings.
