Responsibilities

• Partner with bid managers to shape winning proposals for high-profile programmes
• Lead pricing activities, risk / benefit assessments, and governance reviews
• Negotiate and finalise contracts with customers and suppliers
• Provide clear commercial guidance to project teams throughout delivery
• Prepare concise, high-quality reports for senior stakeholders
