The opportunity We are looking for a Senior Consultant or Account Director with experience working in the property sector to join our award-winning team.
Ideal for someone who thrives on driving activity forwards across multiple accounts and who enjoys being recognised as clients’ key point of support, this role will see you help companies achieve their goals by developing and leading on the delivery of their communications strategies.
The role involves a mix of corporate communications for real estate companies and working with developers to promote residential or mixed-use projects to audiences globally.
You will engage with the media, building relationships with trade publications, national newspapers, online and broadcast media, lead social and digital campaigns, secure beneficial profile for business leaders, develop bespoke events and support clients at global conferences and summits. You will work across an array of clients from start-ups and challenger brands to global firms.
The role will include strategy development, senior media engagement, working with junior colleagues on activations and delivering high-quality content for a range of audiences, leading client engagement, and being involved in new business pitches and proposals.
You will be expected to:
Take day to day responsibility for strategic accounts and client relationships
Develop and deliver industry-leading communications programmes
Support the agency’s growth in the property sector by actively identifying and pursuing new business leads and supporting thecompany’s marketing
Support the development of junior colleagues, encouraging their professional development
Ideal for you if you:
Have a good track record of developing and delivering programmes across multiple accounts – with a keen focus on proactivity
Are comfortable leading teams and managing both up and down
Demonstrate confidence in building and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Have a proven ability to think strategically, to manage projects and workstreams and to deliver client-ready documents andactivations
Have experience of actively nurturing and developing members of a team
Are a strong writer, have good presentation skills and an appetite for new business
Know the property sector and have good relationships with trade, national, international and residential-focused media
Have exceptional organisational and time management skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced organisation, with a close-knit team
