We are looking for an original-thinking and artistic Creative to join the ideas team at Perspective Pictures, with a strong background in Directing.

We do one thing - create the absolute best, most engaging video content for brands to post on the internet.

You will join the Creative team, working with world class brands on creating the most innovative content possible for online audiences.

You will have:

• an artistic and creative background
• a strong experience directing productions on set
• good experience in agencies / production companies
• confidence in pitching your ideas internally and externally
• strong proposal writing and deck development skills (Google Slides)
• an understanding of the different video requirements for different social media platforms
• a kind and collaborative spirit, with an open approach to feedback
• a natural interest in trends across the creative industry
• no allergies or phobias of dogs (sorry, we have one or two lapping the office!)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Developing and pitching concepts for inspiring branded video campaigns with strong optimisations for digital and social platforms
• Directing on set
• Assembling exciting, well-designed proposals for clients
• Storyboarding, scripting, or developing ideas with the wider creative team of art directors, designers and copywriters
• Working across departments to ensure we're making the BEST video content possible
• Keeping up to date with current trends within the creative industries
• Helping manage a small team of Creatives.
