Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to key senior clients, helping them navigate the tech landscape, maximise data use and measure their media in the optimum way possible.
- Be sought out by clients and Planning team as the go-to expert on industry and client-specific strategic issues.
- Lead strategic direction for clients, in collaboration with the Business Director and Managing Partner, designing and delivering a data roadmap and growth plan.
- Produce data and tech strategies that are clear and underpin client growth through the application of data and technology.
- Articulate recommendations with gravitas to clients up to Marketing-Director level.
- Communicate a compelling vision of the future, identify key issues and objectives, and solve problems in a systematic manner.
Develop a Team
- Lead, inspire and motivate a team to perform, including direct reports and the wider DDT team.
- Build close relationships with internal capabilities and external partners; lead cross-capability engagement.
- Provide strategic guidance for building DDT deliverables and bring latest industry thinking to raise knowledge within the team.
- Influence refining the structure and remit of the DDT team, defining capabilities and roles within the planning team and agency.
- Raise the profile of the DDT team internally and externally.
Drive Growth For Starcom
- Drive the integration of the Power of One model.
- Deliver the Connected Identity vision to clients.
- Identify Publicis tools most relevant for clients and encourage usage.
- Drive organic growth to account for DDT resources within client scope and build solutions proposals for opportunities outside current scope.
Qualifications
- Brilliant data-driven marketer who can tell compelling stories through data and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Measurement holistically, specifically ROI and MMM; ability to assess ROI data and work with planners to advocate data-led decision making.
- Ability to build strong client and planner relationships; not work in isolation.
- Lead analytics scope within Effectiveness & Measurement alongside Data Science; understanding of what data to bring in and how to use it for planning and measurement.
- Strategic, big-picture thinker grounded in analytics and optimization; ability to uncover insights that shape client digital strategy.
- Curiosity and desire to help clients achieve goals; commercially aware; confident in presenting internally and externally.
- Strong digital practitioner with experience in a media or digital specialist agency; understanding of mechanics of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Extensive digital marketing experience.
