Senior Director, Data Analytics (12 Months FTC)

We are seeking a Senior Director of Analytics to lead the team responsible for overseeing data analytics across Content, Subscriber Growth, and Market Portfolio analytics. As an integral member of the DTC EMEA Digital Analytics & Insights team, you will ensure the delivery of impactful insights from our platform data across the region, as well as being a key partner for Subscriber Growth functions and all WBD local market teams. The role requires exceptional analytical skills, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. The individual must be able to interface effectively with multiple levels of management, from global and regional executives to colleagues in the Global Analytics and APAC/LATAM DTC regional teams, as well as individuals in the DTC organization globally. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Your Role Accountabilities

  1. Champion the delivery of actionable insights that improve business KPIs, from project scope to post-delivery implementation, collaborating with teams within Analytics & Insights (Research, Business Insights) and business stakeholders.
  2. Develop and enhance prioritization processes, creating a consistent approach across all Analytics verticals and with business stakeholders.
  3. Build strong relationships with global Analytics teams (Content and Subscriber Engagement, Marketing, Product, Subscription Analytics, Data Science) and identify opportunities for EMEA Analytics to be deployed globally or to drive global projects.
  4. Ensure the technical robustness, consistency, and accuracy of analyses across regional and local analytics.
  5. Act as the EMEA point of contact for data sharing guidelines and optimize report and insights distribution within those guidelines.
  6. Support data integration efforts for new market launches.

Requirements:

Work Model: Hybrid - combining remote and in-office work, subject to company policy and agreement with your Line Manager.
