We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of FP&A to join our finance team. You will report to the CFO and play a crucial role in driving best-in-class financial performance, collaborating with senior management and various departments across our international organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and Analysis: Oversee the company’s P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting process; manage, maintain, and improve core financial models; design more efficient, automated processes and uphold best practices.
  • Ad Hoc Analytical Assignments: Lead frequent and complex ad hoc analytical assignments with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Business Performance Assessment: Proactively assess, track, and report business performance against financial, strategic, and operational goals; analyse and digest financial information and KPIs to provide meaningful insights to the senior leadership team and other key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Financial Support: Provide ongoing support to senior management and departmental teams on key projects and strategic decisions; drive disciplined cost management by identifying opportunities to optimise spend and improve operational efficiency.
  • Team Management and Collaboration: Manage and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals; develop relationships across the organisation and foster financial literacy across the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in finance or another quantitative discipline
  • 10+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years in investment banking or consulting and 4+ years in FP&A or commercial finance
  • Experience managing junior finance professionals and handling complex projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Excel and Google Sheets proficiency; familiarity with analytical tools (Looker) and financial systems (Essbase, PBCS) is a plus
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Evidence-based, highly analytical and metrics-driven with the ability to break down business problems and present clear solutions
  • Willingness to work hard, dive into details, and collaborate with team members to get things done
  • Strong business maturity and ability to communicate effectively with senior management; excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in an internationally distributed, remote-first team environment
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
