The Role

You will report to the VP, Global Head of Talent Management and shape a global, enterprise‑wide approach to organisational capability, workforce skilling, learning and engagement. This highly visible leadership role blends strategic design with operational excellence and focuses on building the skills, structures and culture needed to thrive.

What you will be doing

Strategic Leadership

  • Shape and lead the global strategy for organisational capability, workforce skills and learning, aligning it to long‑term priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed smart organisation design principles that help us grow with clarity and purpose.
  • Partner with the CPO and VP, Talent Management to bring our People Strategy to life and strengthen the way we work.

Future Skills & Enterprise Capability

  • Lead the enterprise‑wide AI capability and resourcing programme, ensuring we’re ready for the future of work.
  • Build and deliver frameworks for upskilling, reskilling and critical skills development, especially in AI and Digital.

Learning & Development

  • Set and lead the global learning strategy and governance, making sure learning drives performance, growth and curiosity.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day learning delivery, including compliance, skills development, and management of global learning platforms and partners.
  • Lead and manage the global learning team, ensuring priorities are clear and development is ongoing.

Employee Engagement

  • Lead the global annual engagement survey, helping leaders use insights to spark real change and strengthen connection across the organisation.
  • Share meaningful analysis and recommendations with senior leadership to shape a great employee experience.
  • Partner with the CPO and People Leadership Team to boost engagement within the People Team itself.

About You

  • A strategic and systems thinker who can connect capability, culture and performance across a complex global organisation.
  • Experienced in organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, learning strategy and employee engagement at scale.
  • Confident working in a matrixed, fast‑paced global environment, influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • A people leader who inspires, develops and energises teams through clarity, empowerment and collaboration.
  • Curious, future‑focused and passionate about the power of learning, capability and engagement to drive business success.
  • Adept at using data and insight to drive action, measure impact and continuously improve.
