That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.Your RoleThe Senior Director of Global Strategic Accounts (Process Solutions) is a leadership role responsible for driving commercial revenue growth while cultivating strategy and value-driven strategic C-suite relationships. This position requires driving value by managing a team of directors in an ecosystem of global collaboration ensuring alignment with the One PS strategy across the full Process Solutions portfolio.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy that aligns with the Life Science/Process Solutions business goals and market opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams to execute sales initiatives effectively. Lead the deployment of the One PS strategy across a team of directors, ensuring global visibility on molecules, CDMO activity, competitor dynamics, risks, and opportunities. Develop, implement, and oversee a robust global team structure. Serve as the primary liaison between the team of global strategic account directors and internal stakeholders. Establish, maintaining, and expand relationships at a high level, including the C-suite. Act as the escalation path for global and strategic issues, ensuring client satisfaction and the success of engagements.Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets on a global scale. Drive commercial targets for your cluster, capitalize on new market trends and opportunities. Responsible for achieving global strategic account sales targets for your team. Drive the team to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. Drive the team to promote product innovation and collaborate with regional sales teams to generate leads. Monitor performance metrics and prepare forecasts inclusive of customer insights.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Utilize this information to inform strategic decision-making and sales planning.Collaboration: Work closely with commercial region, marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure that customer feedback and market insights are integrated into product offerings and sales strategies. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate team and customer needs on an ongoing basis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leaders to deliver comprehensive solutions that leverage the entire product and services portfolio across all PS functions and regions. Work cross-functionally with Life Science Commercial Teams to deliver a differentiated service experience that meets customer needs.Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.Proven experience in global sales management, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth in a strategic sales role.Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in relevant industries.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve ambitious targets.Proven experience managing account directors and/or managers.Demonstrated expertise in the Life Science market.Strong capability in analyzing technology and market trends to strategically plan future product opportunities.Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of translating plans into commercially successful and profitable product offerings.Proven ability to collaborate across diverse business units and regions to support sales initiatives.Exceptional influential skills with a focus on leadership.Financial acumen.Proficient in collecting, assimilating, and synthesizing relevant business and operational data to develop fact-based recommendations that support decision-making.Ability to initiate, lead, and implement change through process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.Results-oriented with solid analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.Experience in translating market trends and opportunities into actionable financial business plans across organizational lines.This position can be based in any location within the EU.What we offerWe are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
