We are seeking a visionary GTM Product Lead to lead the strategy, lifecycle, and commercialization of Avanade's pre-packaged services, built to drive scalable growth with clients typically ranging from $250M to $1B in revenue and 500 to 5,000 employees. These organizations are large enough to demand enterprise-grade solutions, but lean enough to require them to be simple, fast, and cost-effective.

This newly created role will blend product strategy and go-to-market leadership to help Avanade shift from bespoke delivery to scalable, repeatable services. The GTM Product Lead will define the portfolio vision, structure cross-functional execution, and lead the transformation to productized services. Success in this role requires deep experience with mid-sized, growth-focused clients and a strong understanding of how to balance enterprise aspirations with leaner decision-making and delivery models. Skills and experiences
- Bachelor's degree, advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in services leadership, GTM strategy, product management, or delivery operations
- Background collaborating across product, engineering, sales, delivery, and marketing teams to drive alignment and execution
- Experience working within Microsoft's ecosystem or co-selling environment strongly preferred
- Proven track record of launching offerings across multiple markets or regions, with direct responsibility for business outcomes (sales, revenue, adoption)
- Demonstrated experience driving repeatable or productized solutions at scale-preferably in a consulting, managed services, or global delivery environment
- English language proficiency (verbal and written) required to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
- This position is location flexible; however, the selected candidate must be willing to travel up to 20% for meetings and occasional events. Travel may vary depending on business needs.

- Proven experience driving offerings through a productization process-from design and packaging through launch and scale
- Deep understanding of GTM strategy, commercialization, and how to operationalize offerings across global sales and delivery teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft's commercial client segments, co-sell programs, and field engagement models
- Experience working with clients ranging from $250M to $1B in revenue, with a focus on simplicity, speed, and value
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence across product, delivery, sales, and marketing functions
- Strong skills in stakeholder alignment, communication, and change leadership across global, matrixed environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions, measure success, and refine execution

In this role, you will guide offerings through the productization engine; from design and packaging to launch and post-launch iteration. Success will require strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure each solution is market-ready, operationally scalable, and aligned with client, regional, and Microsoft priorities.

Key Accountabilities:
- Define and Drive GTM Product Strategy: Own the vision and roadmap for a modular portfolio of pre-packaged offerings that deliver enterprise-grade outcomes with speed and simplicity. Ensure alignment with business growth objectives, regional priorities, and Microsoft strategies.
- Lead Entire Product Lifecycle: Manage the full lifecycle for each offering-from concept, packaging, and launch through optimization and retirement. Ensure solutions are market-ready, scalable, and continuously evolved based on client needs and performance data.
- Shape Market Positioning: Develop compelling value propositions, packaging, and competitive positioning that resonate with organizations focused on cost predictability, speed to value, and clear business outcomes.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution: Build strong partnerships with Client Solutions, Engineering, Delivery, Solutioning, Marketing, and Sales to ensure offerings are built for scale and ready for seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Microsoft: Partner closely with Microsoft to align offerings to their commercial segment strategies, maximize co-sell impact, and secure joint investment and funding opportunities.
- Ensure Offer Readiness at Scale: Drive the development of pre-packaged, outcome-based solutions that are commercially viable, scalable, and built to quickly evolve into productized services ready for activation across diverse regional markets.
- Establish GTM Product Management as a Discipline: Build the playbooks, operating model, and governance needed to institutionalize product management as a repeatable and strategic capability across the business.
