The Opportunity This is a key strategic position overseeing the end-to-end development, production and management of learning content across a range of formats and delivery channels. Leading a talented team of content designers, editors, e-learning specialists and production experts, the successful candidate will ensure the delivery of engaging, high-quality and consistent learning solutions for a global audience. Reporting into the Managing Director, Product Strategy, this individual will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to align content with commercial goals, strengthen operational effectiveness, and champion continuous improvement across all content functions. Candidate Profile

Significant experience in a senior content or learning leadership role within education, L&D or related sectors Strong understanding of instructional design, e-learning development and content management Proven track record of leading teams, driving improvement and delivering high-quality learning outcomes Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills Experience within Financial Services is highly advantageous
