Your new role & company We are currently exclusively partnering with a market-leading organisation on a genuinely rare and exciting role. The position will lead the employment function within a globally well-recognised organisation with an extremely impressive reputation. This senior legal role will be responsible for all employment law matters across multiple global regions, including Europe, LATAM, APAC, and Canada. The position is all encompassing across employment, and involves advising on complex employment issues, managing litigation and supporting with corporate initiatives. You will be recognised as a leader in the business, and will work closely with business executives as well as the human resources team.

You will be joining a global leader in the pharmaceutical sector, as part of a small but fast-paced and high-performing legal team. This role will require collaboration and extensive expertise in employment law.

£140,000 - £160,000+ base salary and an impressive total package including bonus, car allowance and shares.
