You will oversee a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) focused on Log Management and Analytics, with a mission to expand DVC’s footprint across Enterprise customers in the UK, Germany, and FranceReporting directly to the VP of Sales – Logs, you will play a dual role:Managing and mentoring a highly skilled logs team focused on our Enterprise Customers, and growing our Logs Management/Analytics footprint in these accounts – ensure rollout of value-based evaluation scenarios including demonstrations, labs, POCs, and pilots to close business, and align cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.A hands-on strategic partner to the Sales organization, influencing deal strategy, driving pipeline progression, and ensuring world-class customer engagement throughout the sales cycleYou will collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.What We’re Looking For:Ambitious, confident and self-motivated individual, with previous Sales or SE & leadership experience and/or another customer facing role.Passionate about innovative technology tech sales and articulating value to customers and prospects.An excellent team player, with the ability to work across all disciplinesDeep domain expertise in log management and analytics with strong working knowledge of the observability space.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business valueExtensive knowledge and experience working with Enterprise companies across EMEAPrevious experience with log analytics technologies and techniquesAbility to troubleshoot technical issues to produce a working outcome and be able to manage this processComfortable managing a number of projects simultaneously, while working with a variety of different sales teamsStrong desire to grow professionally, adapt to an ever-changing environment and coachableResponsibilities:Hire, develop and lead team of high-performing Logs SMEs who serve as our core product introduction, evaluation and education experts Coordinate cross functional dotted line resources to achieve your team goalsEvangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings during international trade shows and at key customer account meetings to promote new and expanded businessPartner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities within existing, or newaccountsPresent Dynatrace’s vision to our customers C-suite executivesProvide solution guidance in the Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages of the opportunity sales cyclePresent on-stage demonstrations providing insight and context to our customers during key marketing events;
