As a senior leader within our Operations division, you will drive the execution of innovation, portfolio development, productivity initiatives, and supply chain transformation. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and lead the strategic direction of the NPD programme management function across EMEA.
• Oversee a broad portfolio of initiatives including innovation launches, promotions, portfolio maintenance and supply chain expansion.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Commercial, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Planning teams.
• Implement robust governance, reporting, and performance tracking processes that enable continuous improvement.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team, championing Monster’s culture and values.

• Significant experience in programme or project management within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• A solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and how they integrate with commercial and IT functions.
