As a Senior Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Finance Technology, Corporate Technology team, you lead multiple technical areas, manage activities across departments, and collaborate across domains. Your expertise drives the adoption of technical methods to keep the firm at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and technological advances.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of a strategic roadmap for allocation transformation, ensuring alignment with the firm's long-term goals.
• Analyze current allocation processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure success and report progress to senior leadership.
• Design and develop data products to enhance allocation processes and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to build scalable data solutions.
• Define data product requirements, including sources, integration points, and interfaces.
• Apply deep knowledge of finance, P&A, and allocations to guide strategic decisions.
• Provide expert advice on financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead pilot projects to test new technologies and methodologies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Extensive experience in software engineering and delivery.
• Experience leading transformation projects and managing organizational change.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Experience influencing stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Background in system design, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience in hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
• Practical cloud experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
