About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director to lead the strategy of the Geopolitical Risk product suite. These products leverage our company's extensive content, data, and functionality to help global security and intelligence teams keep their people, property, and businesses safe during an era of unprecedented geopolitical change. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating powerful, user-friendly platforms that harness the full potential of Dow Jones resources; as well as a keen appreciation and understanding of geopolitics. This role will be based in either the London or NYC offices.

You Will:

• Define and drive the long-term product strategy vision for Geopolitical Risk Products, currently Dragonfly and Oxford Analytica, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
• Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and be directly accountable for creating the product roadmap to meet these OKRs
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term vision and goals
• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities to build value from integrating other offerings across Dow Jones
• Make critical product decisions, ensuring high product quality, user satisfaction, and market relevance.
• Champion analytical excellence, leveraging sophisticated data analysis to inform strategic decisions and long-term planning.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership on technology strategy, architectural choices, and technical investments.
• Collaborate closely with global geopolitical experts that power the products on how to best shape tools to support intelligence and risk professionals

You Have:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex software products
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and their impact on user engagement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in developing products that integrate diverse data sources and functionalities
• Knowledge of data analytics and its application in product strategy
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in UI development
• Familiarity and experience working with geopolitics in a professional or academic setting
• History of successful stakeholder management at executive levels
