Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing revenue processes and tools to ensure a seamless customer journey and support revenue targets.
  • Partner with revenue leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Adapt to a high-tempo, change-ready environment as the company grows.

What you’ll bring

You’ll demonstrate core skills for the role. You don’t have to tick every box immediately; you should be willing to learn. The team will be looking for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience leading revenue or business operations teams with the ability to translate commercial objectives into scalable operational initiatives.
  • Salesforce & Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Salesforce and tools like Clari, Salesloft, and Highspot. You’ll partner with our Salesforce team to drive enhancements that support evolving sales needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience creating and managing BAU processes, resolving sales disputes, managing rules of engagement, and overseeing operational requests with a service mindset.
  • Data Fluency: Ability to interpret data, use insights to drive decisions, influence stakeholders, and measure performance improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working across marketing, product, analytics, L&D, and sales to align and communicate initiatives that support the client experience.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of how operations drive business outcomes; prioritising high-impact work and making trade-offs to support revenue success.

Interview process

  • Preliminary phone call with the Talent Team (no video required)
  • First video interview with the hiring managers
  • Second (final) video interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a values conversation with the wider GWI community
  • Additional stages may be part of the process for some roles
