About the Role

Senior FP&A Analyst will report to the VP, International Finance with a dotted line to the Senior Manager, FP&A. This is a high-impact role with significant exposure and high visibility across CBRE’s global leadership. You will play a crucial role in delivering financial analysis, support strategic finance initiatives which span multiple divisions, providing insightful analytics to support data-driven decision-making across our global Advisory business. Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis, support strategic finance initiatives which span multiple divisions, and support and collaborate with Senior Finance Manager FP&A, VP, International Finance and the Senior Director of Strategic Finance on global analytics and coverage across time zones.
  • Conduct cross-divisional analysis on the impact of bonus accrual booking compared to payouts within bonus pool countries.
  • Develop models to assess the financial effects of adjustments from COS to Opex.
  • Perform complex data reviews, incorporating assumptions to address gaps and enable comparability between divisions.
  • Analyze metrics from the top 15 countries to support global decision making related to profit margins, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare country diagnostic white papers as requested by senior leadership.
  • Provide input on enhancements and process improvements for global reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Big 4 / ACA qualified.
  • Master's degree preferred, with a strong emphasis on analytics, economics, or macroeconomics.
  • Experience in a global multinational business.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in economics or macroeconomics.
  • Programming skills (Python / SQL).
