OverviewSenior Graphic Designer / Art Director role at a well-established organisation in North Manchester. Hybrid after probation period. Initial on-site work during probation.ResponsibilitiesAct as the bridge between marketing and creative, taking briefs from the marketing team and translating them into visually compelling assets across all touchpoints, including social media, digital platforms, print and packaging.Mix graphic design and art direction, with experience in the fashion & lifestyle sector preferred.Design visual assets for social media, web, email marketing, trade materials, packaging and brand campaigns.Guide photoshoots and video productions to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand positioning and guidelines.Collaborate with external partners such as stylists, photographers and videographers to bring concepts to life.Oversee a small team, manage creative workflow, prioritise projects, adhere to deadlines, guide junior designers and artworkers, and maintain high design quality.Work within a well-equipped workspace with benefits, including free parking and proximity to public transport.Requirements / QualificationsExperience in graphic design with art direction capabilities.Previous people management experience is required.Experience in the fashion & lifestyle sector is preferred.Additional InformationLocation: North Manchester.
