Location: Hybrid with 3 days per week in our vibey Edinburgh city centre office

We’re looking for a Senior Account Director or Group Account Director to play a central role in that vision. You’ll work alongside our Client Director to lead flagship accounts, drive operational excellence and actively contribute to our growth — from spotting opportunities in existing relationships to building new ones through your network and industry know-how. You’ll be comfortable diving into diverse categories — from wi-fi to whisky, funerals to fashion — and flexing across capabilities from brand positioning and packaging to integrated campaigns and always-on content, bringing clarity, confidence and creative energy wherever it’s needed most.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Strategic leadership & ambition:

• A commercially-focused thinker with a hunger to lead, grow and influence — shaping bold ideas that deliver real commercial impact
• A sharp strategic eye that helps decode briefs, unlock insight and set a clear path forward for delivering bravely effective work
• A client partner who can collaborate with senior stakeholders, direct agency rosters and guide accounts towards bigger, better and braver outcomes.

Operational excellence & effectiveness:

• A sharp operator with a laser focus on delivery, profitability and performance measurement — helping ensure our Unfair Advantage System is built on rigour, not just rhetoric
• An NPS obsessor – always focussed on client experience and satisfaction, and implementing the right processes and platforms to work as an extension of their team
• A key support to the Client Director on financial forecasting, resource planning, value-based pricing and productisation
• A champion of effectiveness across projects and process — from setting the metrics that matter to drawing out smart post-campaign learnings, and helping us towards IPA Effectiveness Accreditation.
• A natural networker with the confidence to represent the agency externally — building relationships, identifying prospects and opening doors to new partnerships
• An eye for spotting and shaping organic growth within current accounts, aligning commercial and strategic opportunities, to ensure continual proactivity for our clients
• A self-starter who’s excited to play an active role in growing our profile, prospecting, profitability and future potential.

Creative excellence & team leadership:

• A seasoned creative collaborator who can bring together the right people and process to guide ideas from concept to delivery — providing clarity and managing expectations at each stage
• A motivating team leader who brings energy, structure and support — helping others grow while pushing for high standards and smart thinking.

Experience & skills:

• 7+ years in a creative or integrated agency, with recent experience at SAD, GAD or equivalent level
• Deep experience leading brand, campaign and content projects with proven commercial results
• Track record of growing existing business and supporting new business activity
• Confident working with senior clients, influencing stakeholders and leading multi-disciplinary teams
