We’ve partnered to asset with the hiring of a Senior Property Manager (Associate Director) to join their Central London team.

This is not a corporate, box-ticking role. No endless sign-off. No layers of red tape.

You’ll have full ownership of a national retail & mixed-use portfolio, including a 780,000 sq ft shopping centre.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with Asset Managers, FM, and Centre Teams on value-add projects, white boxing, re-lettings, and ESG initiatives.

You’ll be trusted to think on your feet, make decisions independently, and deliver results.

Property Managers here don’t just “manage” – they shape strategy. One recent joiner has already been given significant Asset Management responsibility within 7 months, purely by being proactive. That’s the culture.

• Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + 20% bonus + strong pension
