Job Description

We're working exclusively with a growing restructuring team that's looking to bring in an experienced professional to support their expanding pipeline of complex mandates.

This is a team that focuses primarily on company side restructuring, and they'd be particularly interested in hearing from individuals with a background in consulting or professional services. If you're already operating in this space and looking for a platform where your career can genuinely progress, this could be a strong fit.

The firm is part of a respected global advisory business, widely recognised for delivering smart, pragmatic restructuring solutions. Their reputation is built on deep technical expertise, a hands-on approach, and the ability to guide clients through some of their most challenging moments.

You'd be joining a high-performing team that works on significant cross-border assignments, often advising leading investors, lenders and corporate boards on complex financial and operational restructurings.

The role in brief:

You’ll be leading client engagements from start to finish, contributing to strategic decision-making and playing a key part in delivering high-quality advisory work. There’s a strong emphasis on independent business reviews and developing tailored turnaround strategies, with the support of both senior leadership and a wider multidisciplinary team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running restructuring projects end to end
  • Preparing and delivering independent business reviews
  • Working closely with clients to design bespoke restructuring and turnaround plans
  • Conducting robust financial analysis and presenting clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborating with senior partners and internal teams to maintain exceptional standards
  • Supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to a learning-led culture

What they’re looking for:

  • A qualified accountant [ACA, ACCA, CPA or similar]
  • Solid experience in restructuring or related advisory work gained in a Consulting or Professional Services team.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness
  • Confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Prior experience leading projects and managing stakeholders

What’s on offer:

  • A competitive base salary and performance-related bonus
  • A clear and supported route for career advancement
  • The chance to work alongside some of the most respected names in the market
  • Ongoing training and personal development opportunities
  • A positive team culture where contribution is recognised and progression is earned

If this sounds like something you’d like to explore, feel free to get in touch for a confidential conversation.
