We're working exclusively with a growing restructuring team that's looking to bring in an experienced professional to support their expanding pipeline of complex mandates. This is a team that focuses primarily on company side restructuring, and they'd be particularly interested in hearing from individuals with a background in consulting or professional services. You'd be joining a high-performing team that works on significant cross-border assignments, often advising leading investors, lenders and corporate boards on complex financial and operational restructurings. The role in brief: You’ll be leading client engagements from start to finish, contributing to strategic decision-making and playing a key part in delivering high-quality advisory work. There’s a strong emphasis on independent business reviews and developing tailored turnaround strategies, with the support of both senior leadership and a wider multidisciplinary team. What you’ll be doing: Running restructuring projects end to end Preparing and delivering independent business reviews Working closely with clients to design bespoke restructuring and turnaround plans Conducting robust financial analysis and presenting clear, actionable insights Collaborating with senior partners and internal teams to maintain exceptional standards Supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to a learning-led culture What they’re looking for: A qualified accountant [ACA, ACCA, CPA or similar] Solid experience in restructuring or related advisory work gained in a Consulting or Professional Services team.
