Overview

Senior Product Manager / Director of Product role at Tungsten Automation. We’re looking for a Product Management Director to join the Document & Workflow Automation platform team. This is a highly visible and impactful role, where you will lead the definition and delivery of platform features that enable intelligent, scalable, and secure automation for enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with engineering, the AI product lead, and other cross-functional stakeholders. You will act as a key executor and translator between strategic priorities and technical execution. This role is perfect for a product manager who thrives in ambiguity, has strong technical acumen, and enjoys delivering user-centric, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own feature development end-to-end: from discovery and problem framing through scoping, delivery, and iteration.
  • Translate strategic product themes and roadmap priorities into actionable user stories and detailed requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the AI product lead and engineering teams to deliver technically complex capabilities.
  • Conduct product discovery with internal and external stakeholders to validate pain points and potential solutions.
  • Prioritize work based on strategic value, user impact, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with UX and design teams to ensure solutions are intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly.
  • Track success metrics and inform product decisions through data and user feedback.
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing and sales enablement to support go-to-market planning.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with platform or automation technologies.
  • Strong technical fluency – can collaborate confidently with AI/ML teams and engineering.
  • Proven ability to own features end-to-end in a complex product ecosystem.
  • Skilled in writing user stories, managing backlogs, and scoping MVPs.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management experience.
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-autonomy, ambiguous environments.
  • Highly organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Experience in intelligent document processing, workflow automation, and/or knowledge management.
  • Deep knowledge of natural language processing, machine learning and generative AI.
  • Exposure to matrixed organizations.
