What you’ll do

The Senior Director of Product Marketing is a strategic B2B marketing leader responsible for defining and executing the global marketing strategy for the Confluence Product solutions suite. This role leads a team of experienced marketing professionals focused on demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement, with the goal of driving pipeline growth, market awareness, and revenue generation.

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Product, Sales, and Services, as well as external agencies, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives. Oversee the execution of marketing programs, product launches, and strategic campaigns, directly impacting Confluence’s success. As a senior leader, shape high-level marketing initiatives and lead a global team to make a measurable impact on business goals.

What you’ll need

Experience - Essential

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in leading and executing global marketing strategies.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in multi-channel demand generation, including paid and organic digital and social marketing tactics, driving measurable business outcomes.
  • In-depth experience in FinTech product marketing, specifically selling into the buy-side Investment Management industry, with understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, targeting high-value accounts and aligning marketing with sales goals to drive pipeline and revenue.

Experience Desirable

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling product marketing collateral and campaign assets across emails, social content, websites, case studies, and other materials.
  • Strong data-driven analytics capabilities to analyse marketing and campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize ROI.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and maintain strategic focus.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
