One of our long term clients, a leading construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to deliver high-profile projects across the commercial, retail, high end residential and hotel sectors. This is a strategic, client-facing role for a driven professional ready to lead complex projects from inception to completion. You’ll be joining a highly respected team with a strong pipeline of work, including flagship retail fit-outs, luxury hotel refurbishments, and innovative commercial new builds.

You’ll oversee multiple projects ranging from £20m to £300m+, managing delivery teams and ensuring excellence across all RIBA stages. You’ll be responsible for stakeholder engagement, programme and cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of complex projects within commercial, retail, high-end residential or hotels

• Manage full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to handover

• Act as the primary client liaison, building key relationships with developers and investors

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, procurement, and construction

• Drive commercial performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirement:

• Proven experience in commercial, retail, high-end residential or hotels projects

• Strong understanding of UK construction regulations and procurement strategies

• Experience managing projects across all RIBA stages

• RICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent professional accreditation preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A consultancy background and a strategic, commercially focused mindset
