Senior Project Manager / Project Director •£120,00 - £140,000 (Depending on Experience) • London • Permanent • Start December 2025

A principal contractor, with a growing reputation for excellence, are now looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Project Director as part of their long term strategy.

From new build to refurbishment within commercial or residential sector, they have demonstrated a varied portfolio with often structurally and logistically complex schemes in London With up and coming projects ranging between £20m - £70m, they will have some exciting opportunities within the business.

This position will suit a Senior Project Manager or Project Director in your current role

Reporting to the Board of Directors your responsibilities as will include but not be limited to: • High level management • Direction of the project management team • All the financial aspects of the project including comprehensive reporting to the Board • Development of lower tier managers.

The Key Attributes: • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role with a £100m - £250m principal contractor • Able to demonstrate shared value of the business • Proven experience of delivery from start to completion. • Previous prime hotels and/or prime residential experience would be an advantage • Conversant with either Asta or Microsoft Project • Client-facing & Professional.
