Senior SuccessFactors Solution Architect

As a Senior SuccessFactors Solution Architect within Capgemini’s leading and award winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will work across complex, large‑scale SuccessFactors implementations for a range of high‑profile clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams on large global projects, design and transform business processes, and collaborate with highly skilled teams across the Global Capgemini Group to design innovative solutions.

Your role

  • Develop architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that achieves business objectives and document all solution architecture design.
  • Implement robust, future‑proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in SuccessFactors and supporting technologies.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels within a client’s organization.
  • Show strong experience in SuccessFactors integrations and articulate how the product is integrated within a full ERP estate.
  • Lead high‑performing teams that can work flexibly, incorporating on‑shore and off‑shore delivery models.
  • Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, staying up‑to‑date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and other HR technologies.
  • Contribute to shaping responses to RFPs and collaborate with other Capgemini teams during the pre‑sales process.
  • Build and continually strengthen your network across Capgemini, our clients, and partners.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors across multiple modules and experience working across multiple HR domains.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Understands emerging technology trends and disruptions and can apply existing, new, or emerging technologies to enable evolving business and operating models.
  • Familiar with supporting technologies such as Qualtrics & SAP WorkZone and how they enhance employee experience.
  • Experience leading pre‑sales activities and articulating the benefits SuccessFactors brings to clients.
  • Good understanding of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies, and can support agile teams by advising on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.
  • Enjoys mentoring and developing talent, sharing knowledge across the team and the wider SAP practice.
