Our extensive network positions us as a market leader in valuation services for loan security.This opportunityLambert Smith Hampton is currently looking to bring either a new Surveyor into our Newcastle office to work as part of an established Valuation team. You will work with a range of clients from property developers and investors to large corporate businesses, gaining a variety of experiences. We have an experienced team of Chartered Surveyors from recently qualified to Senior Director level with a healthy pipeline of work, offering opportunities to advance your career.Recent projects include retail parks, a city centre department store, a portfolio of supermarkets, a major industrial complex, several purpose-built student accommodation blocks and residential development sites.
