We undertake valuations of all types of industrial assets for a variety of purposes and also advise on asset disposal strategy, with our bespoke online auction platform and site clearances.In addition, we have LPA property receivership specialists. We work across the UK and sometimes further afield for a vast array of clients. In all that we do, we challenge the status quo ‐ to go beyond our client’s expectations.About the Role:LSH Asset Advisory Team have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director or Senior Valuer in the South West & Wales. We’re looking for dynamic, ambitious, and self‐motivated individuals with aspirations to continue to build a long‐term career in the valuation and sale of machinery and business assets.The LSH Asset Advisory Team provides a wide range of professional services, including valuation and disposal of plant and equipment, to asset-based lenders, insolvency practitioners, accountants, banks, corporate and private clients, insurance brokers, and law firms.Every day is not the same, undertaking valuations and asset disposals in varied sectors of industry, visiting businesses across the Southwest & Wales, working in a friendly team, with regular marketing events, developing a long and satisfying career.You will working across the full region with our team, upon a role and assigned to your local LSH office.Key Responsibilities:Assist in day to day running and management of all case workCorresponding and marketing with clientsAssisting with site inspections and surveysAssisting with the preparation of valuation reportsCollating and analysing comparable evidence and sales dataAssisting with the sales of businesses, assets and plant and machineryEssential Criteria:Previous experience at any level within the sectorGood organizational skills and timekeepingPro‐active mindConfidence to ask questions and challenge the unknown and knownEnthusiasm to learn and exploit all opportunities the role presentsUnderstand importance of deadlines and prioritising workloadsGood communications skills, both articulate and literateA high level of proficiency in spreadsheet analysis using Microsoft ExcelComputer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Power PointAn eye for detailWe understand the value that a diverse and inclusive working environment brings to Lambert Smith Hampton.
