Build and lead a high-performing senior team across engineering, technical, supply chain, health & safety, and people. Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and responsible business practices. Deliver against key performance targets in quality, cost, delivery, and people. Drive lean manufacturing principles and operational excellence. Lead capital investment planning to support innovation, efficiency, and asset renewal. Engage with internal and external stakeholders including customers, regulators, and the local community. Own business continuity planning and risk management for the site.
