The successful candidate will join the senior leadership team, report directly to the CEO, and play a pivotal role in shaping the division's future. This role has full P&L accountability and is responsible for driving performance, operational excellence, profitability, and the highest levels of service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire teams across multiple sites, creating a culture of accountability, motivation, and high performance.
  • Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Take full responsibility for the division's financial performance, from revenue growth to margin control.
  • Champion a strong health, safety, and compliance culture, ensuring safe and professional operations at every level.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted senior point of contact.
  • Work closely with other divisions to ensure a seamless, integrated approach to service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record of leadership within front-line services across multiple sites.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with full P&L and budgetary responsibility.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at board and client level.
  • A natural leader, capable of motivating and developing teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
