Your success will be measured not by being the deepest architect in the room, but by how you grow and enable your engineering leaders to succeed:* Proven experience as an Engineering Director or senior leader in a matrixed or global environment.* Success in leading and scaling multiple product teams (4–6), setting strategy and enabling autonomy.* Strong technical depth — enough to coach and challenge Lead Engineers, while focusing your energy on building, empowering, and aligning teams.* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, flexing from engineers to executives.* A bias for action: making business cases, creating clarity in ambiguity, and delivering at pace.**Nice-to-Haves*** Background in marketing tech or customer engagement platforms.* Familiarity with data/AI models, performance measurement, and enabling data maturity.* Ability to balance strategic direction with detailed problem-solving.* Confidence in engaging diverse audiences and tailoring messages to drive alignment.* Experience leading distributed or global teams, creating cohesion and shared purpose across locations.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
