Job Description:

Who We Are
AND Digital is a tech company dedicated to accelerating digital delivery and closing the digital skills gap. Since 2014, we have supported organisations in building better digital products and stronger digital teams.
We believe our work should always create a remarkable impact for our clients. Through our regional offices, known as ‘Clubs,’ we build strong relationships with our partners, ensuring they are prioritised by teams located nearby.
This unique model has driven success for both our clients and ourselves, reflected in our remarkable organic growth since 2014. Today, we are over 1,300 people strong, with Clubs across the UK, Europe, and the USA—and plans for global expansion in the coming years.
Join us and help fulfil our mission to close the world’s digital skills gap.

The Role: Solution Director : Fabric and Databricks

As Technical Solution Director in the central Practice Area team you are expected to develop and drive the growth of our Data business, specifically aligned with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. Using your experience and relationships with Microsoft and Databricks, you’ll develop our Go to Market strategy and deliver through AND’s unique club model. You’ll lead on the inception of solutions, engage with senior clients, and lead the growth of internal capability.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead our propositions and Practice Area IP

3. Solution Design

4. Identify opportunities and lead deal development

5. Team leadership and development

Skills & Experience for the role:

Expert-level knowledge, with hands-on proficiency in Microsoft and Databricks and knowledge and expertise in methods and techniques across the data spectrum from warehousing to AI tooling

Able to connect data and technology capabilities to overarching business strategies, develop long-term technology roadmaps, and maintain a "big picture" perspective

Able to dissect complex business and technical problems, analyse root causes, evaluate various solution options, and design innovative, effective solutions

Able to articulate complex technical ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences—including non-technical executives, business users and deep technical specialists

Possess leadership capability, exercised through influence rather than direct authority. Influence and lead technical teams and negotiate technical decisions, persuade stakeholders, and drive change.

Good commercial awareness and understanding of how to identify opportunities that provide both value to the client and ourselves

Have a commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and client contexts, and comfort operating in ambiguity

Key performance metrics for this role:

1. Business Growth through proposition success

2. Technical Excellence and Solution Quality
