We build strong relationships with our partners through our regional offices, known as ‘Clubs,’ and we are over 1,300 people strong with clubs across the UK, Europe, and the USA.Role: Solution Director – SnowflakeAs Technical Solution Director in the central Practice Area, you will develop and drive the growth of our Data business, specifically aligned with Snowflake. As Europe’s fastest growing Snowflake partner, AND Digital recently became a Premier partner. You will use your Snowflake experience and relationships to develop our Go to Market strategy and deliver through AND’s unique club model. You’ll lead the inception of solutions, engage with senior clients, and drive growth of internal capability.ResponsibilitiesLead our propositions and Practice Area IPOwn, manage and evolve our proposition in the Snowflake solutions areaOwn technical alliance relationships with Snowflake, positioning AND as a key consulting and delivery partnerLead within the Data Practice Area community to drive quality and consistency in delivery, and grow talent and capabilityDevelop and promote thought leadership to strengthen our market position and engage the broader data communityDevelop training pathways and collateral to grow internal capability; mentor and coach AndiansAct as high-level trusted advisor to C-suite (e.g., CPO/CTO/CDO), providing expert guidance and influencing strategic thinkingNurture client relationships to understand business needs and challengesShow the art of the possible with Snowflake and link development to outcomesShape and elicit business requirements into robust, buyable solutions; provide vision aligned with client goalsDevelop business cases to support buying decisionsGuide and mentor AND teams to ensure delivery aligns with the original vision and delivers valueIdentify opportunities and lead deal development; prioritise effort for optimal commercial outcomesPartner with Client Partnership teams and clubs in deal development and upskillingContribute to sales targets with revenue attribution (target around £2m+; to be confirmed)Provide senior leadership in engagements and grow capabilities across the Data practice areaSkills & ExperienceDeep & Broad Technical Expertise: Snowflake, with hands-on proficiency and knowledge across data warehousing to AI toolingStrategic Thinking & Vision: ability to connect data and technology to business strategy and develop long-term roadmapsProblem-Solving & Analytical Skills: ability to dissect complex problems and design innovative solutionsCommunication & Presentation: ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences including executivesLeadership & Influence: capable of leading technical teams and influencing stakeholdersCommercial Acumen: understanding of how to identify value-driven opportunitiesAdaptability & Learning: commitment to continuous learning and comfort operating in ambiguityKey Performance MetricsBusiness growth through proposition successGrowth of Snowflake engagement at ANDProposition development and market engagementTechnical excellence and solution qualityIntegrity and effectiveness of client solutionsQuality of work through high-quality solution designsRole sits within central practice teams, not a BUDetailsSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingLocation: Birmingham, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
