The role involves working with the Head of School for Obstetrics and Gynaecology to lead the delivery of functions aligned to NHS England's mandate and workforce plan. The focus is on improving learner supervision, assessment, engagement of faculty, and ensuring effective educational outcomes.

This is a part-time secondment position until 31 October 2026, based in the South West, with existing NHS Trust employment. The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician with strong leadership, communication skills, and understanding of education and training in the region.
