Thank you for considering this opportunity as the next step in your career!What You’ll DoAs a general guide, the role will be divided into the following activities:Support the Annual Go To Market Business Plan for Logistics Service Providers – 50%GTM approach, Budget Interlock plan creation experience is desiredPerformance Analysis and Insight Creation w/ Differentiation is desiredSales Plays & Sales Play Content Creation & Savvy Advisory simplified point of views for C-Suite audiences is desiredIndustry packaging, differentiation & industry messagingThought Leadership Content—AI, not only the what but the howExecution of Sales/Events – 40%Sales support at CXO level at prospects and customers; what / how with AI, ML, enable end to end logistics solutions that solve real world problemsParticipation in Industry eventsAdvisory boardsBuilding strong customer referencesContributing to Corporate Strategy – 10%Industry trends - develop market growth and development plans for expanding industriesSupport TAM analysis and opportunitiesBusiness CasesInvestment input (roadmap, acquisitions, etc.)Ecosystem PartnershipsBusiness modelsWhat We Are Looking ForA minimum of 10 years of experience in Logistics, Logistics Service Provider space, with a focus on industry-specific strategies or an Industry Leader with demonstrated equivalent in software execution space with use cases, AIExposure to Transportation, Warehousing, Automation, 3PL; AI agents and Fourth Party Logistics models is highly preferredPrevious experience selecting or using Tier 1 or Tier 2 software Command Centers, WMS, TMS and Platform is desired as a user or influencer of the software selectionFormer P-L experience, operations, consulting and framework design partnered with sales methodology experience is preferredA self-starter, who can hit the ground running and is accountable to do-say culture is preferredStrong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex industry trends and drivers with ability to align across matrix organizationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and influence key industry stakeholdersStrong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive resultsExperience in a team-based selling environmentExceptional presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
