They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Dual Site Store Manager to oversee two of their key Manchester locations. This is a highly visible role with strategic importance and the opportunity to progress to area management .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a combined team of around 20 across two locations, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and client focus Drive sales performance and deliver strong commercial results across both sites Champion clienteling, ensuring every client receives a personalised luxury experience Coach, mentor, and develop talent to build high-performing teams Oversee daily operations with precision, ensuring compliance, profitability, and flawless presentation Collaborate with senior managers and cross-functional teams to achieve long-term growth

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or multi-site manager in luxury retail Track record of achieving ambitious commercial targets
