Our end-to-end, AI-powered platform helps the world’s top retailers and brands unlock smarter, faster, more sustainable planning and execution—across every node in the supply chain.Role SummaryAs a Strategic Consulting Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering end-to-end retail planning solutions using Blue Yonder’s industry-leading product suite. You will lead strategic transformation initiatives by aligning solution capabilities with best-practice retail processes tailored to each customer’s unique business goals.A key responsibility will be to assess and understand the current (“as-is”) business processes in order to recommend an optimized future (“to-be”) state. This understanding will enable you to identify areas of focus for change management and help define a pragmatic, outcome-driven roadmap that delivers measurable financial and operational efficiency benefits.Work in close partnership with our Enterprise Architects and customer stakeholders, uniting business and technical leadership to co-drive transformation from vision to execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead solution process design for enterprise-scale implementations of Blue Yonder solutions, with deep expertise in retail demand and retail planning capabilities.Understand and advise on how Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and integrated to optimise customer business processes, especially in the retail planning and supply chain domain.Analyse current ("As-Is") process and recommend future-state ("To-Be") designs, including clear transition strategies.Act as the solution expert across transformation programs, guiding business and change management stakeholders.Deliver engaging presentations to business users, managers, and executive audiences to communicate solution strategy and organisation benefits.Helping customers break from legacy systems and confidently move toward predictive, intelligent planning.Support Project Managers by contributing to planning activities, estimating effort, and validating delivery approaches.Develops and maintain blueprint process documentation to a level 3 throughout the project lifecycle.Support pre-sales strategy and influence deal success with strong business narratives.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a Subject Matter Expert or Management Consulting role, ideally in a retail-focused software or consulting environment.Experience working for or with major retailers on software transformation projects.Strong hands-on knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions, Demand Forecasting, Allocation & Replenishment, Assortment or Merchandise Financial PlanningSolid understanding of the retail planning process to guide and advise with empathy.Strong understanding of the consumer-driven supply chain and relevant KPIs.Boardroom-ready communication skills and strategic presence.Fluent in English plus another European language (preferably French or German)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance short-term needs and long-term strategy.Ability to travel as needed to customer sites or regional offices.Degree in business, Retail, Supply Chain or related field;Why Join Blue YonderBe part of a purpose-driven team shaping the future of retail through AI-driven planning solutions.Work with tier 1 global retailers at the forefront of transformation.Enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and a chance to make a tangible impact on client success.Join a company that values expertise, innovation, and continuous learning.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
