Job Description:

A BIT ABOUT US

Dentsu Creative is a global creative agency network built to unlock exponential growth for clients through Transformative Creativity — a unifying force that drives innovation across people, businesses, and society. Launched in June 2022, it operates in over 145 countries and is fully integrated with dentsu’s Media and CXM capabilities to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions worldwide. Guided by the philosophy of “Building Brands for What’s Next,” Dentsu Creative empowers brands to navigate current challenges and prepare for future opportunities, crafting resilient, forward-thinking strategies that thrive in an ever-evolving world.

ROLE PURPOSE

This role is suited to an ambitious strategist looking to stretch themselves and accelerate their leadership trajectory. You’ll already possess stellar craft skills and a voracious cultural curiosity. You’ll be an accomplished pitch leader, comfortable articulating compelling brand narratives to varied audiences, and an awarded advocate for creative effectiveness in all its guises. You’ll be someone who simplifies complexity, presents charismatically, and inspires creatives.

You will be an experienced brand strategy expert, comfortable working closely with a multi-disciplinary team across social, influencer, content and CX. You will have a clear perspective on what drives client business forward – and you’ll originate and adapt to match those business needs. The right candidate will manifest their brand strategies into creative ideas across any medium.

The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the CSO in shaping the growth and culture of a dynamic and evolving strategy department. We’re looking for someone who will enjoy nurturing and inspiring the DC UK strategic community, with the drive to create the conditions necessary for collaborative, integrated, and innovative work.

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone with the passion, authority, and experience to challenge client assumptions and push for the most remarkable, effective, and creative work – and have fun while doing it.
